Bellevue Community College just published a Virtual Worlds Trends Analysis for Program Builders. http://bellevuecollege.edu/informatics/VWTAFinal.pdf It is directed at Community College program builders, but is very general and could be applied to all levels of education. The paper focuses on SL, but mentions other products as well. It is available in print by contacting informatics -at- bcc.ctc.edu, but functions best as an electronic document, due to the many links to resources.
